6 Week Course

Working together, on a 1 on 1 basis through weekly meetings we will come up with a customized plan for your particular needs, increasing your motivation, and changing your mind set.

​

​You need to be fully prepared to commit, make time for yourself and get stuck in, as you will have homework to do, and daily audios to listen to.

​

During the 6 weeks, we will:

Control your old eating habits and replace them with new habits.

​

End any obsessions with dieting.

 

Stop any comfort eating, stop stress eating, stop boredom eating, stop any binge eating.

​

Work on stopping any food cravings.

​

Improve your mindset, confidence and self esteem.

​

Help you manage your weight, safely and naturally.

​

Have hypnotherapy sessions.

​

Use mindfulness techniques.

​

Personal support outside of the weekly meetings.

​

Following your 6 week course, you will receive a complimentary session to review progress and enhance new habits.
